Certain chat content may be stored or cached to provide features (history, moderation). We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uploading photos, videos, or other files must comply with these Terms. We may store media on third-party services and may transcode, compress, or remove files that violate our policies.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Chat disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Liability caps may apply under local law.
